Every NovatioAi engagement follows the same three-phase structure. Not because we are rigid — because the sequence exists for a reason.
Phase 1: AI Qualification Mandate
Before any vendor sees the project, we work with your leadership team to define the problem. This means identifying the real business challenge the AI initiative is meant to address, testing feasibility and organisational readiness, clarifying ownership and accountability, mapping integration risks, and delivering a structured decision recommendation.
That recommendation has three possible outcomes: Proceed. Refine. Or Stop.
Organisations that are not ready to proceed are told so — with a clear explanation of what needs to change. This is the most important thing we do. Not every AI initiative should be built. The ones that should be are worth doing correctly.
Phase 2: Controlled Vendor Selection
When the decision to proceed is made, the qualified scope document becomes the brief. We distribute it to three pre-vetted AI development partners within our Southeast Asia network — companies with verified delivery track records, enterprise integration experience, and transparent methodologies.
Each partner responds to an identical framework. We evaluate their proposals across architecture approach, pricing structure, delivery timeline, team credentials, and risk methodology. You receive a comparative evaluation report and an executive decision package — not a recommendation to trust your instincts.
Phase 3: Governance & Oversight
After the vendor is selected, our involvement does not end. For organisations that require continued assurance during delivery, we provide structured oversight: scope discipline monitoring, escalation authority when issues arise, decision gate reviews at key milestones, and a communication layer between executive leadership and the development team.
The goal at every stage is the same: clarity before execution, and measurable value after it.
